Getting Here & Commute: Easily accessible via the Selmon Expressway (Crosstown) from Brandon & Riverview, and the Gandy Bridge or I-275 from St. Petersburg and Pinellas.
Parking & Accessibility: Dedicated parking is available in our parking lot.
What Happens Next?
Secure Your Spot: Whether you choose a consultation call or text to request an evaluation, your request is promptly reviewed directly by our clinical team. We will reach out to you within 24 business hours to confirm your appointment.
Intake & Online Portal: If booking an evaluation, you will receive an invitation to our secure patient portal to complete your intake paperwork online before stepping foot in the clinic. That way, there is one less thing for you to think about on the day of your visit and no need to arrive early.
Evaluation: We spend a full hour diving deep into your history, concerns, and goals without a rush, stirrups, or sterile medical pressure. From there, we curate a personalized treatment plan grounded in clinical integrity to deliver long-term relief and a comfortable path forward.
Clinical Relationship: We love connecting with our community, but please keep in mind that sending a text, filling out our website form, or booking a 15-minute consult call is an excellent first step. It does not establish an official therapist-patient relationship or count as medical advice. Our formal clinical relationship begins once we have completed your initial in-person comprehensive evaluation and all official intake consent paperwork is signed.
A Note About Insurance: Due to the tailored, high standard of care necessary to help our clients reach their goals in a one-on-one setting, we are not contracted with insurance companies. Payment is accepted at the time of service, which allows us to ensure all treatment plans are created based on client need for symptom resolution and clinically informed rather than driven by insurance requirements. We are happy to work with all of our clients to ensure their plan and frequency of appointments is best suited to them. Direct reimbursement from insurance may be possible depending upon the plan and “out of network” benefits, which is our client’s responsibility to manage. We are happy to provide our clients with superbills upon payment and service, which they may use to submit to their insurance company.
